The machine has 177,000 pages on it with 56,000 color and the problem happens once in a blue moon and it does it on coping and printing and all colors. the manual has replacing the main high voltage PWB. high voltage control PWB engine PWB transfer high voltage PWB 1. and transfer belt unit. I have already clean the machine , run gray scale , color calibration. and dv refresh. So before i spend a lot of money on this i just want you guys input, like i said this a problem that doesn't happen every day and every copy or print. also the print i attached is on 8 x 11r paper.

I assume you also replaced the some of the DV-Units? They not always reach 300k. -

The laser windows could be dirty. The secondary transfer roller could be defective or loose on one side.Comment

This looks like a drum charge problem. had this same issue on same machine. changed out the drum/charge on black and sorted the problem from me.Life is like a garden. DIG IT!!!!!!!!!Comment

Just an FYI- If the machine has been out there for over 2 years then it may be time to do the pm's. Have had several older color machines here in Houston that have been in the field for over 3 years and started having quality issues. Even though the pm count hasn't been reached the dv, drums and charge etc are starting to break down. One of the many good things about Kyocera you get warranty credit for the kits dince it didn't reach the pm meter.Comment
