    Last firmware KM-C3232E

    Good afternoon,


    I need help, I can not download the latest firmware from a KM-C3232E and need updating.


    System Firmware: 2JD_3000.002.001
    Engine Firmware: 2FZ_1000.025.001


    I searched the Kyocera page and have not found where you can download, only drivers, software and manuals but no firmware.

      1st post and he wants something. I have this firmware but it isn't free. Contact via email if you want to BUY it.

              How much to pay for something that is free?


              I am an end user with a printer problem, I can not pay for something that sooner or later get.
              I open this post to ask for help and not to attend the "sharks of money"

                  Contact your local dealer. He could probably up-date the frimwar for you.

                      Firmware is free when you have completed the training. And the training also costs money. A few days of training at Ricoh or Kyocera costs a few hundred Euro's per tech. A lot of people ask for firmware and when they have it you'll never see them again here. So that's a bit frustrating...
                      There are also a lot of people who think firmware solves everything. If you're going to upgrade firmware you'll have to know exactly what you're doing. I personally only upgrade firmware when it solves an issue or when it adds functionalty to the machine.

                      If it works allright, don't try to repair it!

                          We are Copier technicians and make a living repairing copiers. You are an end user and have the nerve to chastize someone on this board that will sell you firmware. There is a reason Kyocera does not have firmware on its consumer/end user site. If you need to have your firmware upgraded call your local service technician to have it installed by a Qualified technician. To get firmware from Kyocera your company must be registered with Kyocera and have technicians that are certified on Kyocera products, taking the classes and getting certified are not free.

                              I will at least give him credit for putting his ' GIMME FREE STUFF ' in the correct forum, and not in the Newbie Section .
