Ahh, these aren't "error" messages, they are reminders for suggested/recommended maintenance schedules for optimum performance and copy quality.

Just order and install a MK A for the 2525e and a MK C for the 6500i.

It would be good to have the service manuals too .
Check at JustManuals.Com ( Of course, if you are a certified dealer, you already have the manuals. Right ? )
