    fs 6525 error code f 245

Morning all. I have a FS 6525 with f 245 as soon as I turn it on. The copier has no fax any options or has ever been- connected to network. Just a stand alone. I have tried f/w upgrade without any luck, refitted all connectors and also unable to enter service mode. There is no f 245 in the manual. Any one got any ideas?

Did you ever figure this problem out? I'm going out on one today that the customer said was working fine and then started making both black copies and prints. She unplugged and replugged and is now getting f245 which I've seen once before but it cleared by unplugging it. Weird code that's not in the service manual. Machine had latest firmware installed about a year ago, never had any problems with it.

7 years and no response I guess either they did and not report back in or it didn't.

either way it would be best if you started an new thread and list ALL the issues and Life counts of parts and what you have tried/done
