[Misc] Help my KM-1820 Copier output 5mm offset down

Guys im a newbie on this forum. I'm having a trouble with my Kyocera Mita KM-1820, it's copier output is offset by around 5mm going down resulting a poor output. Scan and print operation works properly, I just encountered it on the copy mode. I tried to checked on its menu if there's an offset adjustment but i did not found anything. Here are the scanned copy of the original document and the copy output with the 5mm downward offset.

I would start with the solenoids

so do you think its a hardware problem already? and not the software? I thought theres a maintenance mode for the machine that when you enter it the menu for some adjustment can be made.

Registration solenoid, or just the pad

does it needs to be replaced or just adjustments?? also can anyone show me where it is located? I'm a newbie this is my 1st machine and might be my first machine to troubleshoot.
