Has anyone had to try to align the punch unit on a 8000i? Customer complaint is that the holes created are not in straight line and were not evenly spaced... was able to adjust the spacing between the wholes in maint mode, but the mode for alignment was not responding... range from +/- 20 on adjustment didn't move it at all..... re-flashed firmware per tech support response, no change. Just wondering if anyone had seen this and how did you fix?? Thanks
