    Kyocera FC-C5300N

    Hi

    I'm Canon tech and i need advice from Kyocera tech. With this Kyocera FC-C5300N i have background color issue.(look pdf pic).First I suspect yellow developer(first picture) and i put the new one. Same shit.
    After that i change yellow and cyan drum to each other and get second picture with blue background.I suspect yellow drum.Maybe Main charger or Eraser lamp? What do you thing guys?Kyocera FC-C5300N.pdf

      Have you tried just switching the charges to see does the problem switch?

          Change the complete yellow drum unit.

              i didn't know.It's separated part.Later I so in parts catalog.
