Taskalfa 420i jam 77 (DP-750) problems

Hello,

Got this code with duplex copying... JAM 77
One side copying = OK

Info Manual:
An original jams in DP is indicated during copying (jam in the original switchback section 2).
Jam code 77

--->Defective original registration switch.
Run maintenance item U244 and turn the original registration
switch on and off manually. Replace the switch if indication of the
corresponding switch on the touch panel is not displayed in reverse.
===> DONE (switch works)

--->Defective motor. Run maintenance item U243 and select the following motor on the
touch panel to be turned on and off. Check the status and remedy
if necessary.
Original switchback motor, original feed motor
===> DONE (motor turns!)

Anyone any ideas how this problem could be solved?

PS: Tomorrow i go back to this client with 2x DP motors (3JX44010) and 1x registration switch/ ORSW (2FG27110)

I'll write down later this week the results.
Some Guidance will be greatly appreciated...

Yesterday i changed 3x Dp motors, reg sensor cover, DP pwb. Result= unsolved.
After all i saw the DP worked duplex with 90grams paper!
I cleaned the 'loop roller unit' in the duplex section but this didn't work at all.
The 'loop roller unit' part (303LL94110) is used because pressure between this and the 'holder loop pulleys' isn't okay.

Maybe the client took the jammed paper and the axis has been curved???
Anyway i changed the whole DP with another one in our office because to change this axis take a lot of time!
By this, case closed!
