FS-1370DN, Error message 799-0040995!

Thanks in advance, Kyocera gurus. I have a customer who called me his morning to help with her Kyocera Ecosys FS-1370dn; that it is displaying error message 799-0040995. I confess i am totally clueless! I do service her Canon copiers, but they just believe we can handle any printer. Please help!

tell her to open side door and push the drum home firmly then switch machine back on that should clear the error

7990 is waste toner full, there is no side door on that machine. the last numbers are the page count. if they are using non genuine toner this will do it early and if the machine is on a tilt that could do it also
