Kyocera Taskalfa 400ci copy quality very poor!

Hi all

Can anyone help with the copy quality from both the platen glass and ADF in both colour and mono.

The quality is very poor/faint/smudgy - please see attached. . . .

I have already cleaned the optics including the lens and CCD . . . .

My next move is to replace the ISU. . .

Your status pages are indicating that your using non-OEM toner. If accurate ,this may be the cause of all your problems. We tried non-OEM toner on these boxes and had output quality issues with EACH and every one. How long after switching to non-OEM did the problems begin?

Hi, try color calibration and grey adjustment procedures, You can find them in system settings.

thanks for the replies.....

the print quality is spot on though so I don't think the toners are the problem.....

Can an anyone supply the recent firmware?
