[Electrical] UTAX CD1250 Rubbing images on the rear side

Anyone come across rubbing of images along one side of the copy as shown in attached sample?
This happens to images that are scanned on the rear side of the platen scanner.(Not the scanner in the document feeder. The document feeder scanner works fine with out rubbing). CCD board has been replaced with no success.
Any help will be appreciated.
