I have dirty background when scanning or copying only when using the document feeder (DP).
It prints fine and copy or scan direct on platen works perfect also, just when using doc processor it comes out with the grey background. If you blow up the scan at the computer when using the doc feeder the blacks are grey ( interpolated grey scale). This machine has less than 1k and was delivered a month ago.
If anyone has any ideas to have the quality equal to hand placed on the glass, this will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
