    Kyocera 400ci firmware required pls

    Hi all

    I'm looking to update firmware on a Kyocera TASKalfa 400ci.

    Can anyone supply or point me in the right direction?

    1) Download the firmware from KDA Connect and save file
    2) Extract file to folder
    3) Copy the files to the root directory of a USB Thumb Drive (make sure no other files are in the root directory)
    4) At the 400ci... (print a status page to show firmware version)
    a)Turn the main power off
    b) Insert USB Thumb Drive into the keyboard USB port (if it doesn't load, you may need to try the USB port on the back of the machine)
    c) Turn the main power on
    d) Firmware should begin to load (process can take 20 minutes)
    e) When completed display will show "completed"
    f) Turn main power off
    g) Remove USB Thumb Drive
    h) Turn Main Power On
    5) Print a new Status Page and check firmware version

      thanks however I need the actual firmware

            Log-in to KDAConnect and download latest firmware.
