km 4800w quality issue

Poor quality/spotting on left side of printout. Looks like developer is over toning on that side.
I have manuals but I am more familiar with the mag roller/toner,carrier system, not this setup.
The machine recently had a drum and dev unit rebuild but the issue came back quick. They are using generic toner though. Could the toner have damaged the developer or developer unit? I don't know if putting in OEM toner will take too long to clear up the issue without vacuuming the whole dev unit.
Any thoughts??

Is this the same as the 3650w where you set the toner roller pressure. I had the same issue with a 3650 and that is what I did

thank you tonerkiller. its been a while but i finally had a chance to look at the machine again and that adjustment of the pressure fixed the issue.
