Kyocera Taksalfa 181 error C3200

Dear Friends,
Kyocera Taskalfa 181 machine.. giving the c3200 while i was copying.. printing fine in machine..!!! Wen i was switch the on the machine, it shows ready to copy printing works fine.. wen i press and i tried to copy exposure lamb glow it move little then giving the C3200..!! i swap the invertor board, home position sensor, engine board with the other machine it works their.. i dono how to sort out this problem.. if it is exposure lamb mean it should not glow knw.. lamb glow wen i start copy.. then after only it giving error.. pls help me to solve the problem..

If the exposure lamp lits, that doesn't mean that it's working ok. If the amount of light is incorrect, the machine will have a problem with shading, and you can't diagnose that by just looking at it. Human eyes aren't that sensitive to see small deviations in the amount of light. Did you also clean the white plate?

yes.. i cleaned the white plate... printing okay.. while copying time error giving C3200... in simulation lamp okay.. while copying starting time lamp glows then motor little moves then giving this error C3200.. i change the swap home position sensor and invertor board with other machine it works fine der..

check the inverter pcb connector, if the wire is loose in any way it could pop the code, also check if the mirrors are in the right position, if they get nudged just a bit they can pop the code also.
