Excel mulitple worksheet duplex Printing issue in Kyocera printer

Dear Friends,

i was trying to print excel in kyocera taskalfa 300i printer. i want to print the entire workbook and i select the duplex printing short edge.. selecting size A3 100%.. Selecting A3 cassette tray and also i tried in Auto media Selection.. Only first page printing in duplex other coming in single single sheet.. please solve this problem for me..

one month problem with my customer...
