    Constant Registration Issues on a FS-C5250DN (firmware already tried)

    We have a customer with a FS-C5250 that is getting the registration issue reported in the QA's. We've tried the firmware but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm a bit stumped at what could be causing it to slip out of place so much. Nothing appears to be slipping around in the machine for it to be coming out of registration this bad.

        Call the hot line....they can remote in and reset the printer to factory defaults.
        I know what I know better than anyone else knows what I know.

          We had the same problem on the older versions it turned out the engineers had to write a program to fix I don't know if you know Barry the tech rep for Kyocera he knows all about it. Call the hotline and see if the could track him down for you.

            Sorry for taking so long to get back with ya'll.

            I did call into Kyocera and they tried their fix with no luck. I swapped out the transfer belt and so far no more problems. In fact once I swapped out the transfer belt assy the registration problem did a 180 and went the opposite direction. Once I fixed it actually looked better. I'm hoping that fixed it.
