[Misc] TASKalfa 620 "optimizing Continuesly"

Good day all

I have a problem on a TASKalfa 620, It keeps on "optimizing"

I have replaced the HDD and done Firmware, Switched off the DRUM heater.

Any Idea what else i can look at?

The only times I have seen this problem is where there is too much heat in the room. Clean the machine filters cl the drum heater contacts. I would leave the drum heaters on. They keep the charge decay rate at a constant value.

I agree with toner killer .clean or replace all filters make sure the machine has room around the back so air can flow .

I agree with Tonerkiller as well.
But if the problem is not resolve after cleaning/replacing the filters then check if all the fans are working.
If one of the fan is not working the machine will keep on giving you this "optimizing" message.
