[Jamming] Taskalpha CS 400ci (Saturn) getting a Jam 05

Machine has about 750k pages. At a school with about 15 teachers using it.
Apparently, all of the teachers have been having this problem recently,
but at no point have any of my techs been able to duplicate the issue, however,
the event log verifies their claim. Had about 30 Jam05's in the last 2,500 pages.
They claim that it will pass one page through, register a jam in the finisher,
they'll open and close the finisher door (without removing any paper),
and then the machine will pass another sheet through, and do the same thing.
By the time we get out there, it's working fine. Manual just says
"Secondary paper feed does not start within time of arrival of paper at the registration section"
Anyone seen this code before, or had any success stopping it?
One of my guys passed 400 pages through yesterday, from both trays, simplex, and duplex.

Has the feed rollers been looked at. Also look at the seperation roller shaft. There is a tab that holds the shaft in place that breaks and causes paper to not pull.
If at first you don't succeed, redefine success

I'd have the tech let the customer run the machine and stay there for an hour. My money says the customer is doing something different and not telling you.

Xferunit, were you ever able to resolve this issue? I now have a 500ci doing exactly what you described in your original post. Thanks for any help you can provide!
