[Error Code] KM 6330 with C2500 feed motor inop

the KM6330 feeds fine from LCC and Drawer#2, when using Drawer #3 it will go to C2500, 40% of the time. I have cleaned the paper feed drive section and PF units # 2&3. any other Ideas?
    Thanks

pull the cleaning drive and the fuser drive sactions and lube with triflow this will help but if you realy want a fix you can switch the cleaning section drive and cleaning section from a 6230 install it and it will run great i had that happen on 75 machines after the first pm it started.that is one code that will drive yoi\u nuts.

I think the Code your talking about is the C2550. I have had my fun with the fuser/cleaning sections but have never tried the cleaning section swap, but I will next time I have a C2550. The 2500 is the paper feed motor and pullys ETC. I have pulled and cleaned everything in the feed section in the past. It worked fine for 1/2 year but now is back. I wasn't sure if 1 or more pullys may need replacement. I have also pulled and cleaned the PF units including the LCC and Bypass. so far this week I haven't heard back from them, finger croos that stays that way.
