Kyocera KM-6020 Printing from Computer but not Copying

Dear Friends,

I have a Kyocera Copier Model: KM-6025 newly installed..Its printing good from computer(when we connect it as printer through USB) but when we make copy it doesnt print but a black page comes out.I checked Lamp is glowing ok but no image comes on papaer when copy...
Please suggest me what to do if any of my friend has idea.....

is it happening from the glass and the doc feeder or just the doc feeder .if its just the doc feeder check that the lamp goes back to the correct position .

Dear Friend, Its FS-6025 and its not copying nor scanning,just printing from computer....We we make copy it comes dark black....
