    Kyocera KM-6020 Printing from Computer but not Copying

    Dear Friends,

    I have a Kyocera Copier Model: KM-6020 newly installed..Its printing good from computer(when we connect it as printer through USB) but when we make copy it doesnt print but a black page comes out.I checked Lamp is glowing ok but no image comes on papaer when copy...
    Please suggest me what to do if any of my friend has idea.....

          Check the yellow scanner lock tab on the rear of the machine
