This is the second time the customer has called with this code. The last time we unplugged the machine then restarted and it was fine. This machine is not used as a fax machine. Has anyone seen this problem?

Have you tried to print to it from your laptop?
Try heavy pdf like a service manual. or try and copy with batch scanning on. just to keep the memory busy. I'd backup address book and settings and format the HDD. Load latest FW. restore address book and settings.Comment
