    In need of service manual and parts information

    I have a new account who just bought a Copystar cs-2551ci new in the box and has no one to set it up for him.

    I have not worked on this model nor do I have any books on this model There are no dealers close by to help. I would like to take care of this account and I am in need of set up instructions if any and access to books and parts. If anyone is willing. to help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it.

    I have service copiers for over 25 years I am not new to copiers so I don't feel I should have any problems. I just want to make sure I can get support if needed.

    I can exchange for Toshiba , Samsung, Canon, Sharp , info

          So this nimwit buys a copier new in box and can't get service. Let me guess. Ebay? Or some other vender on line. GREAT, JUST GREAT. He didn't give you a shot at selling him a machine? You will be doing him a favor. Sorry I can't help.
