    Kyocera Mita KM 4850-W plotter error

    This may be a new client.....have to see what I can tell them...error is C1300... any idea would be a help and whats involved

    You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
    if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

      Cutter motor error. Sometimes they get jammed up with toner/developer or just get off track. Not bad to get out, comes out the back of the machine - it's about mid-way between the developing unit and bottom of the machine. Be careful, the cutter wheel is sharp!
