    How do you reset the C6000 fuser error on this model please?

      There is no U163 on this model. Your only option is replace fuser unit.

          sorry, yes i have look service manual. I think Replace fuser thermostad.
          Black is Kyocera , Color is Gestetner.

            It is a fuser code, fix fuser and the error code will go away. Do not forger that the power supply powers up the fuser.

                This is a tough one. Replace the fuser, clean the dust and fuzz from the fan, move the folders and papers that the customers have stacked against the side of the machine, and update the firmware.
