    Kyocera Mita FS C 2526mfp

I was called out to replace the black toner cartridge. Initially I put in an old cartridge with a little toner left in it back in the copier and it put the light out. Later I brought an OEM cartridge of black toner out to the customer and put it in but the black doesn't seem to be as dark as it should be. I was wondering what can be done to darken it? Thank you for any help appreciated.

Did you try to do a developer refresh? I would start there.

Replacing the Development Unit can solve it. If that doesn't work you should perform the upgrade kit for this machine, which is a hell of a job to perform. I did it three times and it took me some 3 hours....
