3200 error code, what is it?

Setting up a new FS-3640. After warm up 3200 shows in the screen with instructions to turn off and on. Done that 10 times with no effect. I work for a dealer but normally on Konica Minolta copiers. Anyone know what this code means and how to reset.

Exposure lamp error
When input value at the time of exposure lamp illumination does not exceed the threshold value between 5 s

Possible causes
Defective connector cable or poor contact in the connector

Defective exposure lamp or LED drive PWB.

Defective CCD PWB

Defective main PWB.

Silly question but have you released the scanner locks.

Doc feeder was in a bind. Machine worked o k with doc feeder open, threw error code when closed.
Took feeder off and re-seated - works.
Go Figure.

Never heard of a DOC feeder causing an exposure lamp error, you sure that you didn't just forget to unlock the scanner when you setup this machine ?
You know we are all human.

Scanner was unlocked, it didn't make the LOUD rattling noise when you forget.
