I have a KM-C4035E that has a CQ issue when using the ADF internal prints are fine and copies off the glass are fine. I've upgraded the firmware, replaced the slit glass and swapped out ADF's and gleaned the optics. Still no change.

Any suggestions

Go in mm and change the scan position.

I have seen the scanner locking mechanism put into lock position, not allowing the scanner to move all the way to the left a couple of times. Copies off the glass were great, but through the feeder they were terrible.
