[Error Code] Kyocera Fs-1016 Open ADF cover Remove Paper Error Appearing

Dear Friends,

Today i was facing problem in customer side... F1016 Giving "Open Adf Cover Remove paper" But their is no paper inside in the df.. when i look the part no for the sensors in parts list its not available.. can anyone give the solutions should be appreciatable...

Need part no for the Two sensors
