[Jamming] taskalfa 400ci duplex jamming

Hi guys
Got this 400ci that's working fine when doing straight copying or printing but when doing duplex copying its jamming on exit after its fully printed both sides.I suspected some toner stuck on thefuser unit guide plates but seems unlikely,could it be due to some delays in the fuser unit or its a faulty sensor or probably something has to be replaced at some stage in the life of the machine.Any suggestion is most welcome

Sorry guys had not updated U on the solution to the 400ci ,I managed to solve the problem.All I had to do was cleaning the eject solenoid and more importantly the gear on the fuser unit that has the one way bearing,for whatever reason it was slipping at some stage not pulling the paper back into the duplex unit.
