[Misc] fax store in document box TASKalfa 3051ci

I have a problem at Taskalfa 3051ci. How to i configure all incoming faxes store in machine's document box ? I used RX/Forward Requirements > Requirement List > Add > Save to FAX Box, but not all faxes are saved, the problem occurs when the sender's fax number does not appear, then the fax is printed. I have not found a solution, such as "stop all in the fax box" Unfortunately, faxes can not be transferred to any other destinations as SMB or FTP or email - security policy.
    any idea?

Sounds like your problem is related to a lazy IT staff that doesn't want to have anything to do with MFPs. Tell them to adjust their security policy, what possible reason could they have that would require them to not have an incoming fax show up on a (secure) workstation?

It is a corporate policy on incoming fax confirmation of payment and other sensitive data, and therefore the requirements are such that is on the device, and only on the device are stored faxes. According to me this is a wrong approach, but I have to adjust. Maybe you have any ideas?
