[Jamming] Kyocera FS C8025 MFP Jam 9000 in DP

Dear Friends
Long time onwards i am facing the DP Jam 9000. i dono why?? when i copy an file it completed and then it giving jam...i notice motors rotate continuosly after copies overd and jam code appearing Jam 9000.... paper not exit in proper down tray exit... paper exit in first exit tray(RADF)... for view i attachment exit section.. please help me for this issue.. i have two machine in the same complaint.. i attached the picture of paper exit section
