[Jamming] Kyocera 8001i issue with document feeder!!!

Have a 8001i Kyocera. Have replaced feeds for entrance. Also cleaned all rollers and sensors. Getting a 9600 exit non arrival jam. Machine itself has recorded over 75 jams at the sensor. A

bit stumped, manuals tell me what type of jam, but does not point me in any direction. Has anyone had this problem on this particular model. If so please help!!!!

You need to replace the DP paper feed belt (if it's damaged), but more important, you need to replace the pulley (the shape has been changed, look at the picture)

The part number for pulley is :303NV07020
