working on a kyocera 3900.the problem is that the customer is using a form(preprinted) that when printing to the form the image ie name, customer number,address,etc doesnt line up all the time,some time it will be on the line and down at the bottom it will be on the line.varies.I cleaned the reg roller.it has 79,000 prints on it.wonder if there is a adjustment,which i do have the manual and didnt notice any adjustment.or replacing the reg.roller will do the trick..thanks for any imput sorry put it in the wrong thread
