    kyocera 3900dn

have a customer that is using pre-printed forms.there are lines that are blank on the form.when they print IE name ,address, etc.some of the prints do not fall on the line.some prints the name etc are on the the line.I cleaned the reg roller.some time they fall on the line .feed rollers have been replaced.it has 77000 prints on it.I do have the manual and was looking for a adjustment for the registation but could not find one.I ordered the reg roller(the rubber one).and the tension spring on the top of the reg roller looks good.thanks for any ideas.

What media are these forms ?
Is it a custom size ?
Just for the fun of it ... did you try running these forms through the MP to see if the registration is OK that way ?
