Had the same issue with a KM5050, according to tech support, the only reset is to run a U021. This model has that maintenance code, so I would think the solution is the same. This should also take care of the user settings as well.If at first you don't succeed, redefine success -

ya freind i am also same type of problem faced before but i run U021 this is intialize after some time you on the machine after that you try "admin" or "Admin"or "Admin00 "or "admin00"may be you got any way all the best friend.Comment

Not sure where you're located but in the US I *think* the Kyocera Hotline can remote in and reset it for you.Comment

To reset the admin password try this:
Download the LPR Jar utility to your PC.
Network your PC to the desired printer via crossover cable.
Write the desired command inside a Notepad or Wordpad file, name it, and save it.
Double-click the utility to open it.
Enter the IP address of the recipient printer.
Browse to the Notepad file with the command.
"Send"

About KMNetAdmin, dont know.
