Whenever I get color lines on scans, I rub my thumb up and down the slit glass a few times then clean with a rag. It usually goes away the first time. I once put one of those black slit galss strips from a Saturn series machine on an FSC2126 and got the customer's constant line issue to stop.

th glass was cleaned with cleaning solvent the funny thing is that it does not give the line constantly so i never know whether it is solved or not

Have you cleaned the mirrors and underside of the glass? The lines I fixed with the black strip were intermittant as well.
