Kyocera km1650 cant access printer web

Hi,

I have a kyocera km1650 with 0.0.0.0 all protocol ip block,
how can i reset it to default settings without accessing web interface?

Mode 21 should reset copier to factory defaults. Including network settings.

Try sim 906 , the print feature might of got disabled

try u906 .if you are not got you have to check the eprom of the machine the ip protocol is not showing means the program data be not finded the machine but definitly you have to check the eprom.

nor u906 u21 worked, ip block still there.
I can access the scanner ip and web but not the printer ip and web.
i have tried with most of the options in the "10871087" menu.

what more can i do?

you check the eprom can you re insert the e prom and rest the machine after its works

Do you have two network cables connected? One for the scan system and one for the printer? This copier uses Scan system F which is connected to the main board.

yes, this printer have two ethernet, one for the scanner and one for the printer.
the scanner is working nice, the problem is with the printer unit.
I tried removing two board batterys but the config is still there.
