KYOCERA KM 3050 dirty with toner half sheet on the back

Greetings all, I have this problem on KM 3050 the first 2-3 copy or print dirty with toner half sheet on the back, is also the dirty transfer roller,someone tell me what the problem is?I changed the toner, transfer roller, and the drum, but the problem remains

This is a common problem with aftermarket toner. I noticed that the developer hasn't been replaced. It still has the suspect toner in it prior to tonerreplacment. Different brands of toners don't mix to well. Just my opinion.

Yes, generic toner. You have to dump out all toner out of dev section and recalibrate with new oem toner. Save on buying cheap toner and lose money on labor trying to make it work. Kyocera equipment does not like comparable toner.

hai and also you check the drum behind paper cleaning roller and one there that one also you change and check

Agree with Mr bill, generic toner is the problem. Either hoover out or replace the dev unit and then insert oem toner. Run U130 to refill developer do a few copies. No dirty copies after that.

I have had this when the charge unit does not drive all the way up, such as when a junior tech takes the drive pack open and does not get the cam to home all the way then it will be gray on the back half of the sheet. look to see if the charge unit is all the way up to the drum surface on the front side.

I have encountered this problem several times with clients who use generic toner.99,999% of the time its generic toner ,not only on this model but majority of kyoceras

Sometimes i get toner marks on back side of my papers.
I clean the black roller(looks like it is from foamed rubber) in left cover that solves the problem. I guess some extra toner stays on him. Using original toner though :/


I also need advice how to keep my papers clean in km5050. So post some advices pls.

That foam roller on the left door is your transfer roller. Yes, it's spongy. Cleaning that will help. But if you use generic toner it will fill right back up with toner and start leaving spots , etc. Not sure about your other problems dude.
