When feeding media (labels) from trays 5 ,6,7 the unit feeds the media back thought the exit on top of the df 780 , the job does continue till finished but when running a say 25 copies the 25 copies will be completed but 12-14 sheets will also be in the exit on the df 780
i belive this is a feature where the machine detects a multi feed and ejects one , does any one know of a way to turn off or override this, as there are no jams , i just have customer complaining due to the time jobs are taking to run.

If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!
