    Kyocera FS4000DN

    I have kyocera FS4000DN. it is not showing mac address and hostname. i have four machine as same model, all having same problem.
    I upgrade the firmware and reset the printer. still same. any having solution for this?

    It's a common problem with these machines. Replace the ROM on the Main Board.

      try to do the rescue update.
      hopefully this will work.
      there is a tool for this.
