fs-1135mfp registration issue

At a loss with this one hope you can help.
FS-1135mfp registration issue.
All prints coming out with the paper being late causing the the image to be at the top of the page and some times slightly off the lead edge.
It dose adjust slightly with each page.
Unit only has 2706 pages so it is new firmware 2mj_2f00.004.002 2013.04.03
is there a fix someone has ran into?

This is going to seem odd, but if it runs OK from the bypass, replace the sep in the paper tray.

Hopefully, that will solve your issue. Has worked a few times for me.
