1.error C0240 manual says that maybe damage the printer board? during,its possibles to disable the printer?
2.No print when i copies its all white, is this a result of C0240?
3. LSU/high voltage board/ engine all Ok pls any idea how to resolved this error?

1. C0240 Printer Board is not communicating with Main Board. Could be either board, Could also be corrupt firmware on the Printer Board.
2. Can you print reports from Copier? If reports are good rules out HVT, developing and laser sections. If laser is bad should have a Laser error.
3. Should not affect copying.

when i print report its affair all white i swap the process unit and the developer,HVT unit its seems the-same my suspect the engine board?

I assume you have tried to disconnect and re-connet all connectors on main and HV Board.

Have you tried PWR supply?

i chk the power supply it ok, i suspect the engine board?

replace the engine board,dont forget the dimm

There is no DIMM on the engine board of the CS/KM-2050 copier. However there is an EEPROM dip chip that contains information about the copier that will need to be swapped.
