[Error Code] Kyocera FS-3140 Issues A5 Printing

Hopefully someone can help, I have a multi function FS-3140MFP+ printer I am currently running MYOB Premier V19 software and must print 3 copies of the invoice on A5 paper.
I have tried everything but the printer prints the first sheet fine then gives an error about wrong size paper.
I have set MYOB paper size to A4 and A5 (both don't seem to work) and printer paper size A5 but it still only prints one sheet then gives an error.
If I load A4 paper in and select A4 the invoices print great but it is a huge waste of paper
Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with the software you are printing from, but this looks to me like driver settings issue. Are you using kx driver? Printer properties tab should look like this: kyodrivers.jpg
Put the paper source to mp tray and choose A5 (load the mp tray with A5 ofc), than give it a go.

Thank you for your response Kyo fan, yes I am using a Kyocera drivers and the printer properties tab looks exactly the same. I am sure the Kyocera is not compatible with MYOB as this software does not recognize A5 . I am at my wits end and it's a new printer. We previously had a samsung printer and never had issues but silly me believed a sales rep who never informed me what software Kyocera is NOT compatable with arghhhhh

You may need to check with the Software company .......


Kyocera treats the Cassette as TRAY 1
and the MP as Tray 2 .

Some other manufacturers have MP as 1 and cassette as 2 . ( We have seen this on some HP printers )

It may be a simple change to the way the software looks for the default paper source .
