    KM-1820 Scanner Problem

    My KM-1820 recently stopped scanning long paper sizes. If I try to scan a long bond "legal" length document, I do not get the complete form, only part of it. As far as I know I have not changed any settings, and it was working fine a few days ago. Any help please?

      Is it on Scanning only or even copying?

          Did you set your original size to "legal" ?

              Don't you scan a document to copy it??

              Select correct original size
              Select correct paper size
              Select zoom, Auto, 100% etc.
