We have several 300/400ci machines that have the same issue... the black starts to fade out and 'band' across the images... shaking toner, replaced drum/developer, replaced toner cartridge drive assy - all to no fix. Finally noticed on at least two of these machines (haven't tested on the others yet) the gray adjustment either in the sys menu or in U410/U412 will not scan in first prints - S02 errors. Used the color chart and U411/u425 to fix one to complete the U410/U412 adjustments, but the second one did not resolve with the color charts..... anyone else seeing this happen? Any suggestions??
