[Misc] Need Firmware for Koycera 400Ci

Hello, I need to get the firmware for 400Ci, I had to replace the hard drives and CMOS battery, after I reinstalled the CMOS and hard drives I get error code, C0640? I was told I need to install the firmware off a USB stick? Any help would be great, I don't have access to the Koycera portal??

Try formatting the hard drives before you go down the firmware route

            1. Did you install correct drives for this copier? Are you sure that you are not getting a C0840 error now?
            2. Are the Sata data connectors connected to the correct connectors.
            3. Strange that battery was bad . With replacing battery you should get a C0840 RTC error not a hard drive error. Reset copier then reset time.
            4. Should not need to install Firmware. It does not reside on either of the disk drives.
