[Misc] Kyocera 5501I will not lift paper from drawer

Hello, I dont work on kyocera's often but today I got to work on a 5501I which would only feed from drawer (#2 only). Drawer # 1 had paper lodged in the back and machine disabled that drawer I reset that in the service mode. PF740(B)duel 1500 sheet drawers, Drawers #3 and #4 will not lift but drawers are showing up, I am assuming that the paper drawer controller is bad, but not ruling out needing to reset! display showed drawer #1 disabled but nothing about #3 and #4. If the problem is the controller, what could have taken out the controller? Are there any components that cause this problem relating to that circuit, should I replace both motors also or just the controller? Thanks

try to reset the error u906 i think and reboot the printer. When the lifters jam they get locked, but theres usually a message on the screen about drawers being locked.

I had to replace a board in the pf-740 for that.
