CS3500i Keeps throwing out fuser errors

Didnt know if anyone has a suggestion or thinks the main board might be culprit

On Wed, we replaced a fuser at a customers office, the next day it had a C6200 code, we replaced it yesterday, and today they called and said it had a C6030 code.

Both times the fusers were NIB, and we did a U163 after replacement. Starting to think this isnt just a coincidence. any input?

It is known that on these models, 1st edition fusers were crap. You shouldn't have any issues with it if u replaced it with the new one. The problem you are most likely having is this: 2LH-007.pdf Check the pin and change the wire alignment and you are fine.

Check the voltage coming from the outlet, see if it falls within your machines specifications.
